I hope this message finds you well and energized for a new mission that needs our immediate attention. Week after week these tigers are suffering until we are a strong enough voice for them.

We've learned about even more upcoming events, which plan to feature circus acts involving big cats. You all know how deeply troubling this is—both from a legal and ethical standpoint. The Big Cat Public Safety Act, which we've fought so hard for, clearly outlines the illegality of such actions if the public is allowed within 15 feet of a big cat who is not behind a permanent barrier (like at a zoo). Moreover, the maltreatment these magnificent creatures face behind the curtain is heart-wrenching.

I've done my part by sending a letter to the decision-makers involved in hosting this event, but we all know there's strength in numbers. That's where you come in.

We've set up an online form to make it incredibly easy for you to contact the organizers and express your concerns. While we've provided a sample letter for you to use, I strongly encourage you to write from the heart. Personal stories and emotions often resonate more than template letters, making your outreach even more impactful. 👉

These acts neither educate the public nor promote conservation, rather they perpetuate a cycle of cruelty for profit. Public sentiment is changing. People are becoming more conscious about animal welfare and are choosing to support events that align with these values. By continuing to host such acts, you risk alienating a growing segment of your potential audience and tarnishing your reputation. I implore you to do the right thing: cancel the big cat acts, or withdraw your participation from the event entirely unless the venue cancels the act.
